ADVICE

Not Rules

Even if we all play by the rules, injuries will still happen. People will fall, sticks will hit shins, and sticks will ride up on your fingers. So, some words of wisdom:

• Wear full-toed, non-slip shoes that offer good protection.

• wear gloves if you want to protect your fingers. Even bike gloves can be really helpful, but they won't stop everything..

•If you are wearing contacts (hard or soft), you really should be wearing racquetball glasses.

• Bring a water bottle. And beer if you want.

Not Exactly Advice

Playing with good sportsmanship is critical. But there are other ways you can help the game be better.

• Responding with an "In" email reply as soon as you can confirm (we understand, you don't always know) -is helpful to us to help divide the teams more evenly. Gonna be late? No problem, just let us know.  A more even game is more fun!

• Warm up is at 7:45- It's really good to stretch before the game a bit. We try to start as close as possible at 8PM- Please be on time, schedules permitting!

• Please continue to help me make sure we leave no trash behind- I often come early and clean the courts before the game, so let's leave it cleaner than we found it!
